VIdeo: Ascend to Camp 1 of Lenin Peak (Pamir Mountains, Kyrgyzstan)
Watching this video you can follow entire route of ascent from Base Camp (3600 m) to Camp 1 (Advanced Base Camp, 4400 m) of Lenin Peak. This route is usually used by climbers and adventure travellers who are participants of our three tour programs: Lenin Peak Expedition, Three summits in the Pamir and Adventure Vacations in the Pamir.
The route lies via Puteshestvennikov Pass (4 200 m) and usually takes a total of 3 - 5 hours of walking. During the way you will cross the river and walk along the moraine of the Lenin Glacier to the Camp 1 (ABC 4400 m). Suggested BC departure time is no later than midday.
