High-Altitude Mountain Guide (Mountaineering 7,000+)

We are inviting experienced mountain guides to work with commercial groups during the summer of 2026 on Lenin Peak (7,134 m) in the Pamir Mountains. What awaits you:• Work in one of the most beautiful high-altitude regions of the Pamirs (Lenin Peak, 7,134 m).• Stable employment throughout the entire season. • Competitive remuneration for doing what you love. • Work within a professional team with opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities:• Coordinating and leading a mountaineering group during the ascent.• Ensuring safety along the route. • Resolving organizational matters. • Advising participants on all related issues. Requirements:• Experience working in the mountains at altitudes of 6,000+ meters.• Mountaineering qualification (at least 1st grade). • Excellent physical condition and endurance. • Experience leading groups in the mountains. • Own mountaineering equipment. • Training at guide schools (an advantage) We welcome both experienced guides and young mountaineers who are eager to start their professional career in commercial expeditions. High-Altitude Camp Manager

We invite high-altitude camp managers to work during the 2026 season (July, August) at Camps C1 (4,400 m), C2 (5,300 m), and C3 (6,100 m). Benefits of the job:• You will visit one of the most beautiful regions of the Pamirs.• You will gain valuable high-altitude experience and test your body at altitude. • Opportunity to summit Lenin Peak (7,134 m) or other peaks in the area. • Become part of the international mountaineering community and meet mountain enthusiasts from all over the world. • Work in a large and friendly team. • Stable income. What we offer:• Accommodation and meals in the city of Osh and in our camps under Lenin Peak.• Transfer Osh – Base Camp – Osh. • Group equipment. • Assistance with border zone permits. • Work with commercial international groups from different countries. • Shift duration: from 20 days up to 2 months (July–August). • Fixed salary + additional income + tips. Mountain Guide (Trekking and Hiking)

We are recruiting guides for work during the summer of 2026 on trekking routes in the Pamirs (Lenin Peak area, Sabakh-Aksu) and the Tien Shan (Sary-Chelek Lake and other regions). What awaits you:• Opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful high-altitude regions of the Pamirs (Lenin Peak, Sabakh-Aksu area, etc.) and the Tien Shan (Sary-Chelek Lake area, etc.).• Work in a close-knit team. • Opportunity to improve your professional skills, do what you love, and receive fair compensation. Responsibilities:• Organizing, coordinating, leading, and accompanying tourist groups.• Ensuring safety on the routes. • Resolving organizational issues. Doctor for Work in the Mountains

We invite professional doctors with experience working in high-altitude conditions. A doctor for work in the mountains must be prepared for extreme weather and long-term living at high elevations, and must have a thorough understanding of mountain medicine. Requirements:• Experience working in the mountains.• Knowledge of how the human body functions at high altitude. • Willingness to live in the mountains for an extended period. • Knowledge of English.
