Active Tours Operator / Manager
Central Asia Travel is a leading tour operator specializing in adventure and active tours in the Pamir and Tien Shan Mountains of Central Asia. We have been organizing mountaineering expeditions, trekking and hiking tours since 2007. As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an attentive, responsible and customer-focused professional to join us.
- Processing incoming enquiries and handling business correspondence with tourists and partners in Russian and English.
- Managing group tours, designing customized itineraries and calculating tour costs (trekking, mountaineering, hiking, horseback riding and combined tours).
- Preparing the necessary documentation, maintaining general records, and coordinating transfer and accommodation schedules.
- Providing tourists with advice and information on all tour-related matters.
- Coordinating with other company departments, guides and staff to ensure the smooth operation of tour programs.
- Monitoring payment stages and keeping information up to date in the company's CRM system.
- Previous experience in the tourism industry is desirable; experience in active, adventure or mountain tourism is particularly welcome.
- Excellent command of Russian and a confident level of English, with the ability to conduct professional business correspondence and handle phone calls.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with dates, calculations and documents.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, politely and professionally, and a customer-focused approach.
- Confident PC user (MS Office, Google Docs, CRM systems and messaging apps).
- Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.
- Personal qualities such as responsibility, teamwork, self-organization, reliability, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Work location: Tashkent (office-based position).

Volunteer for a Lenin Peak Expedition (Camp Assistant)
Dreaming of climbing a 7,000-meter peak but unable to afford a full expedition package? Central Asia Travel invites enthusiastic and motivated individuals to become part of our international mountaineering expedition!
The idea is simple: you work as a general camp assistant at our Base Camp (3,600 m) or Camp 1 (4,400 m) during the season, and in return, we give you the opportunity to climb Lenin Peak (7,134 m) free of charge.
- Helping with the day-to-day operation of the camp, including keeping the camp area clean and tidy.
- Assisting the camp staff and kitchen team in the dining area.
- Carrying out general camp duties assigned by the camp manager.
- Strictly following safety regulations, the camp schedule, and the established chain of command.
- Free accommodation in a tent and three hot meals a day for the entire period of your work at the camp.
- The opportunity to fully acclimatize and attempt an ascent of Lenin Peak (7,134 m).
- Invaluable experience of living and working as part of a real international high-altitude expedition.
- A friendly team and spectacular views of the Pamir Mountains.
- Excellent physical fitness and endurance. Working at altitudes of 3,600–4,400 m requires good health and stamina.
- Responsibility and discipline.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude even when tired or in difficult weather conditions.
- No medical conditions that would prevent you from staying and working at high altitude.
- Fluency in Russian. A good command of English will be a major advantage, as our camps welcome climbers from all over the world.
- Minimum age: 18. Previous mountain experience is an advantage but is not strictly required if you are willing and able to learn quickly.
- Travel to and from Osh, as well as medical insurance (if required), must be arranged and paid for by the volunteer.
- You must have your own mountaineering equipment for the ascent.
- All applicants undergo a thorough preliminary selection process and an online interview. We accept only a limited number of volunteers each season.

High-Altitude Mountain Guide (Mountaineering 7,000+)
We are inviting experienced mountain guides to work with commercial groups during the summer of 2027 on Lenin Peak (7,134 m) in the Pamir Mountains.
- Work in one of the most beautiful high‑altitude regions of the Pamir (Lenin Peak, 7,134 m).
- Steady employment throughout the season.

Mountain Guide (Trekking & Hiking)
We're hiring guides for the summer 2027 season to work on trekking routes in the Pamirs, including the Lenin Peak region, as well as in the Tian Shan Mountains.

High-Altitude Camp Manager
We invite high-altitude camp managers to work during the 2027 season (July, August) at Camps C1 (4,400 m), C2 (5,300 m), and C3 (6,100 m).
- You will visit one of the most beautiful regions of the Pamirs.
- You will gain valuable high-altitude experience and test your body at altitude.

We invite professional doctors with experience working in high-altitude conditions. A doctor for work in the mountains must be prepared for extreme weather and long-term living at high elevations, and must have a thorough understanding of mountain medicine.

Warehouse Manager at Base Camp (3600 m)

We are hiring for the 2027 season for a 5-month period (June, July, August, September, October).
Responsibilities:
- Receiving goods from suppliers;
- Checking incoming products for quantity, quality, and completeness;
- Organizing and storing goods in accordance with storage requirements;
- Monitoring product expiration dates;
- Picking and issuing supplies for the company's branches and departments;
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting procurement needs in a timely manner;
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse;
- Participating in inventory counts;
- Ensuring the safety and proper storage of company assets and supplies;
- Maintaining warehouse records and tracking inventory movements;
- Coordinating with the procurement department;
- Performing loading and unloading operations.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred;
