We could name thousands of reasons why you should at least once in your life visit the Pamir Mountains. But, not to waste your time, we are giving just the basic of them:
High mountains
They are, indeed, so high that make you stop breathing. Immense spaces and grandiose panoramas, fresh wind and sunlit landscapes, incredibly bright sunrises and sunsets, rainbows spanning across the sky and stars resembling those in a planetarium – in the Pamirs you will see the beauty of mountains from an unusual angle.
There is a stereotypical belief that high mountains are suitable only for mountaineers and fans of trekking, but they are no good place for ordinary city dwellers who love mountains.
This is totally untrue. Never miss an opportunity to see the unique places of our planet.
We use the safest and easiest paths to carefully guide you to the incomparable beauties of high mountains.
Unusual impressions
Freedom, refreshment, admiration and inspiration – these are the emotions that usually fill our guests when they first arrive in the Pamirs.
This is a right place to distract oneself from the hustle and bustle of a megalopolis and enjoy the ringing silence of mountains, relieve one’s thoughts of anxieties and concerns and please one’s eyes and mind with the natural beauty and calmness of the majestic mountains.
Comfortable and safe recreation
• You will stay in a campsite provided with heating and electricity, where you will sleep in beds, not on the floor.
• You can take a high-comfort option and stay in an authentic Kyrgyz yurt, which inside provides all comforts necessary for an urban citizen and opens onto some of the most fantastic Pamir landscapes.
•
You need not bring with you your mountaineering and trekking equipment: our company will provide you with all necessary things for free. You will thus not need travel with heavy and bulky luggage and can save money, not buying the equipment.
•
You need not carry heavy rucksacks: your personal things will be transported throughout the trip by pack animals, and all you have to take with you are small backpacks with water and the most basic essentials.
• An
attentive and considerate mountain guide will take care of the group throughout the tour.
• Our
yurt camps feature excellent infrastructure, which includes a bathhouse, the Internet, a shop and a volleyball court.
Delicious food
Food at our yurt camps deserves special praise. Every day you will be given freshly baked bread and three meals made with love by a skilled team of cooks led by a chef invited for the purpose (the wide range of dishes will include, among others, authentic Uzbek pilaf cooked with wood). That is because we ourselves love beautiful and delicious food.
Outdoor activities at a comfortable pace
Light hikes and easy walks on picturesque mountain paths will allow you to see fantastically beautiful lakes, waterfalls and canyons, edelweisses, ancient moraines, giant glaciers and colossal snow-capped peaks. If you have children (aged 8+), you can take them with you.
Unique culture and authentic nomadic traditions
You will acquaint yourselves with the culture of local mountain people and taste their traditional food and drinks. This will be a very interesting and unusual experience.
Cordial relations
Mountains are a place where the strongest friendly relations are established. Perhaps, this is because all mountain lovers are like-minded people, and you have a big chance to meet there people thinking very much in the same way as you do and find good friends. This will make you want to never leave us.
