| Day 1. | Ashgabat, arrival. Welcome to Ashgabat, the dazzling capital of Turkmenistan — a city of marble avenues, golden domes, and futuristic architecture rising from the desert. After an early morning arrival, meet your guide at the airport and transfer to the hotel for rest and breakfast. Later, begin your first discovery of the city: stroll through Independence Park and admire its grand monuments, see the iconic Ruhnama Monument, and stop by the Arch of Neutrality for panoramic views of the modern skyline. Continue to the city’s Ferris Wheel, one of the largest in Central Asia. Before sunset, pause at the Magtymguly Monument and Wedding Palace viewpoint for sweeping views of Ashgabat glowing in marble and gold. Return to the hotel for rest. Meals: breakfast. |

| Day 2. | Ashgabat, day trip to Merv ancient city. After breakfast, set out east toward Mary, passing the Anau Mosque ruins, silent witnesses to centuries of history. Your destination is Merv, one of the world’s most ancient and important Silk Road cities — a UNESCO World Heritage Site that once rivaled Samarkand and Bukhara in splendor. Walk among the vast ruins and imagine the life of this desert metropolis as you explore the Sultan Sanjar Mausoleum, the Gyz Gala fortresses, Erk Gala, and Gyaur Kala — each telling a story of empires and trade caravans long gone. In the evening, transfer to the airport for your short flight back to Ashgabat. Arrival and transfer to the hotel for overnight. Meals: breakfast. |

| Day 3. | Ashgabat - Darwaza gas crater by road, 280 km. After breakfast, begin with two of Turkmenistan’s most striking landmarks: the ancient city of Nissa (UNESCO), once the capital of the Parthian Empire, and the impressive Turkmenbashi Mosque-Mausoleum, a symbol of the country’s modern identity. Then, drive deep into the Karakum Desert, a vast sea of sand stretching across most of the country. On the way, stop at small natural craters — one filled with bubbling mud, another with shimmering water — before reaching the legendary Darwaza Gas Crater, known as the “Door to Hell.” Arrive before sunset to watch the crater ignite the desert night in fiery orange light. Enjoy a barbecue dinner under the stars, surrounded by endless silence and flickering flames. Overnight in a traditional yurt camp, sharing stories by the fire. Meals: breakfast, dinner. |

| Day 4. | Darwaza - Ashgabat by road, 280 km. Wake up to the quiet of the desert and enjoy a simple breakfast at the yurt camp, surrounded by the golden dunes of the Karakum. Then we drive back to Ashgabat, watching the endless sands gradually give way to the marble skyline of the capital. Upon arrival, we explore a few more city highlights: wander through the Russian Bazaar, full of bright colors, spices, and local life; visit the moving Earthquake Monument, dedicated to the 1948 tragedy that reshaped the city; and stop at the Soviet War Memorial, a solemn reminder of the country’s wartime heroes. In the evening, check in to the hotel and rest. Meals: breakfast. |

| Day 5. | Ashgabat - Turkmenbashi by night train.
After breakfast, we continue to uncover more of Ashgabat’s charm. Stroll through the lively Sunday Bazaar, where locals trade everything from carpets to fresh melons, then visit the Ahalteke horse stables to admire Turkmenistan’s national pride — the elegant and lightning-fast Akhal-Teke horses. We’ll also stop by the Ertogrul Gazi Mosque, one of the city’s most beautiful religious landmarks, and the monuments to Lenin and Pushkin, reflecting the country’s Soviet-era heritage. In the late afternoon, transfer to the railway station for your night train to Turkmenbashi, the main port city on the Caspian Sea. Dinner is served on board as the train rolls westward through the silent desert night. Meals: breakfast, lunch. |

| Day 6. | Turkmenbashi – Yangikala – Kyzylarbat by road, 550 km.
Arrive early in Turkmenbashi, where the air feels different — fresher, touched by the Caspian breeze. After breakfast at a local café, we explore the town’s old quarter, the Russian Orthodox Church, and the lively Fish Bazaar, where fishermen sell their morning catch straight from the sea. Then, we head out on an unforgettable drive into the Yangikala Canyons — a surreal landscape of layered red, pink, and orange cliffs that glow in the afternoon sun. Picnic lunch en route, followed by time to explore the area by jeep and on foot, taking in breathtaking views that feel otherworldly. Later, we visit the Gozli Ata pilgrimage site, one of the holiest places in Turkmenistan, before continuing to Kyzylarbat (Serdar) for dinner and overnight in a cozy local guesthouse. | Day 7. | Kyzylarbat – Nohur – Kov Ata – Ashgabat. After breakfast, we leave Kyzylarbat and head into the Kopetdag Mountains, where hidden villages preserve ancient traditions. Our destination is the remote Nohur village, known for its stunning mountain scenery and unique tribal culture. We’ll stroll through the quiet lanes, visit the tribal cemetery with its horn-decorated graves, admire the Gyz Bibi Mausoleum, and pause by the village waterfall and the sacred plane tree, said to be hundreds of years old. A picnic lunch in the mountain air completes this perfect escape. In the afternoon, we descend toward Ashgabat, stopping to visit the Kov Ata underground lake — a natural thermal cave hidden beneath the earth. The warm, mineral-rich waters (33–38°C year-round) invite a relaxing swim in this extraordinary setting. On the way back, we’ll also stop at the Geokdepe Mosque, a magnificent turquoise-domed complex, and the scenic Chuli Gorge, where desert cliffs meet emerald streams. Arrival in Ashgabat by evening, transfer to the hotel and rest. Meals: breakfast. |

| Day 8. | Ashgabat, departure. Enjoy your final breakfast in the marble city. Depending on your flight time, you may wish to take a short walk or buy last-minute souvenirs before your transfer to the airport.
