The legendary building of the first hotel of the capital accommodated its first tenants on the 1st of October in 1958 - it was writers from Africa and Asian countries. Hotel construction plan has been designed by the author team of architects Bulatov M.S. and Karasha L.G. the building was reconstructed in 2003 and transformed into the modern Lotte City Hotel Tashkent Palace, the hotel with the high-quality European service standards.
Hotel building is remarkable with the following - its facade faces one of the most beautiful buildings in the capital of Uzbekistan, the building of the National Theatre of Opera And Ballet named after A. Navoi. Not far from the hotel there is a shopping center, the Museum of The History of Uzbekistan and exhibition hall of the artists of Uzbekistan.
