A team of professional cooks are responsible for meals at our Base Camp (3,600 m) and Camp 1 (4,400 m) under Lenin Peak. They are great in cooking a huge variety of incredibly delicious food, which is always fresh and healthy, as it is supplied from Osh on a regular basis. The portions are always very generous and large, and even if a person does not feel sated and wants more of this or that dish, they can take as many additional portions as they like.

The daily menu is elaborate and comprises a large amount of fresh fruit and vegetables, the first and second courses of the traditional and European cuisines (including vegetarian food and food prepared following individual preferences) and various desserts and sweets. Even the meals at Camp 1, where food is delivered on horses, always include fresh fruit and vegetables, as we realise how important is proper nutrition for climbing.

Moreover, our cooks demonstrate creative approach to their work and often treat our clients to amazing pies and cakes, which always come as a pleasant surprise at such altitudes.

Also, we always serve fresh bread, as we bake it for you right at the camp every day.

Brief Description of a Diurnal Menu in Base Camp (3600 m) and Camp 1 (4400 m)

	LUNCH:     • Salad (1 type): rich assortment of vegetable and meat salads;   • First course: various soups - vegetables, meat;   • Second course: rich assortment of dishes of Oriental and European kitchen;   • Dessert: fruits, candies, cookies, wafer, dried fruits.   Standard set:   • Ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, bread (in assortment);   • Tea (black, green), coffee, cocoa, dried cream, chocolate cream, jam, sugar.
	DINNER:     • Salad (2 types): rich assortment of vegetable and meat salads;   • Second course: rich assortment of dishes of Oriental and European kitchen;   • Dessert: fruits, candies, nuts (in assortment).   Standard set:   • Ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, bread (in assortment);   • Tea (black, green), coffee, cocoa, dried cream, chocolate cream, jam, sugar.
