Recommendations for Using Oxygen During the Ascent of Lenin Peak:

    Oxygen Consumption at Altitudes of 5400 m – 6100 m – 7134 m:
    – When ascending – oxygen flow should be at the level of 1.5 l/min.
    – When descending – oxygen flow should be 1.5 l/min down to 6100 m. Below that, the flow should be 1 l/min.

When using oxygen at night, an additional cylinder should be accounted for. Oxygen consumption at an altitude of 5400 m is 0.5 l/min, and at 6100 m it is 1 l/min.

Required Number of Cylinders for the Ascent:
    - Using oxygen starting from an altitude of 4400 m, 4 cylinders will be needed for the ascent (with a flow rate of 4400–5400 m at 1 l/min).
    - Using oxygen starting from an altitude of 6100 m, 2 cylinders will be needed (with a flow rate of 1.5 l/min).
