The guest house "Shiringul-opa" is an excellent option for accommodation in the protected area of the Nurata Mountains. It is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the traditional way of life of local residents and see it from the inside. You can meet another people, see their traditions and customs.
The guest house "Shiringul-opa" is a typical house of a mountain village: the owners have their own garden and vegetable garden, they keep cattle and chickens, thanks to which fresh homemade eggs, dairy and sour-milk products, fruit and vegetables are always present on the table. Here you will certainly be treated with natural, home-made butter, kaymak and ayran (products of milk), walnuts and almonds growing in the local areas, as well as traditional dishes prepared from local products.
Not far from the guest house "Shiringul-opa" there is a fenced plot - aviary where, with the assistance of the employees of the State Nurata reserve, Severtsov sheep are bred, listed in the Red Book. It is forbidden to enter the territory of the enclosure, but you can observe the animals from the slopes of nearby mountains.
